How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 across Australia and will be applied at checkout.

Free delivery is offered to the suburbs of Merricks; Balnarring; Somers.

Puppy School clients can collect at class. Please enter the code PuppySchool at checkout to remove shipping costs.

How long will my delivery take?

We are a small business which means you get a personalised service from a professional trainer who really cares about your dogs well being. It also means we send out all orders on the same day each week. Orders will be dispatched on a Monday providing they have been placed by 8pm Sunday evening.

Orders qualifying for free delivery will be delivered on Monday’s.

Do you provide tracking?

Once your order is dispatched an Australia Post Tracking Number will be sent via email. Please keep an eye on your spam folders incase your email provider doesn’t realise the importance of canine enrichment!

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Once we dispatch your order we are at the mercy of our delivery partner. The best option is to contact Australia Post directly and provide your tracking number.

If you do not receive a satisfactory outcome for your enquiry please contact us with details.

Can I get a refund?

We take pride in the quality of product we supply to you and try our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or damage to toys caused by your dog. We do however welcome feedback on durability and can work with you to ensure future purchases are compatible with your dogs particular chewing and playing style.

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us to organise a return. All we ask is you provide some details of the problem and a photograph showing the damage/fault.

We will cover return postage costs.
